Easter is more than a single day of celebration—it is an invitation to live into a new reality. Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, everything has changed. As 1 Peter reminds us, “By his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead” (1 Peter 1:3).
In this season of Eastertide, we will explore what it means to live as people of that living hope. This is not simply an idea we believe, but a way of life we embrace—day by day, week by week. Together, we will journey through the book of 1 Peter alongside selected Psalms, discovering both the meaning of hope and the experience of it in our lives and in our community.
Each week, we will reflect on how this living hope shapes who we are and how we live:

Throughout this series, the Psalms will give voice to the emotions and experiences of hope—joy, struggle, trust, and praise—helping us not only understand hope, but live it.
Easter tells us that death is not the end of the story. Eastertide teaches us how to live like that is true. So, let’s keep the celebration going as we explore what it means to be a people shaped by resurrection—a people of living hope.
